We ship software that
actually works
CodeNavio is a small studio building websites, web apps, and product design for teams who are tired of missed deadlines and vague scopes. Fixed pricing, real developers, no hand-offs.

CodeNavio vs. a freelancer vs. a big agency.
Before you ask.
Each package on our pricing page has a fixed scope and price. If your project falls outside those three shapes, we'll send a custom written quote before anything starts.
Seven to thirty days depending on the package, and we give you a real date — not a range — once scope is confirmed.
Each package includes one to three rounds depending on tier. Extra rounds can be added individually from our À La Carte list.
A short brief, access to any existing accounts or repos, and one point of contact who can approve work along the way.
You're covered by our seven-day guarantee — we'll revise the work or discuss a fair refund. Full terms are on our refund policy.
Yes — everything we deliver is digital, so most of our clients work with us remotely from across the US, over video and a shared project board.
Small on purpose. Built to actually ship.
CodeNavio started in Junction City after years of watching client projects stall inside big agencies — passed between account managers until nobody on the team could explain why a decision was made.
We built CodeNavio the opposite way: the person scoping your project is the person who builds it. No hand-offs, no "let me check with the team" — because we are the team.
That's meant staying deliberately small. We take on fewer projects than we could, and finish every one of them properly instead of juggling a backlog we can't see the bottom of.
Most of our work now comes from outside Kansas, but the studio itself hasn't moved — and neither has the way we work.

What it's like to work with us.
"CodeNavio rebuilt our internal tool in three weeks after two other shops quoted us three months. It just works."
"Fixed pricing meant no surprise invoices. We knew exactly what we were paying for before we signed anything."
"Cecca's team actually explained the technical tradeoffs instead of just telling us what to do. Rare."
"Our site's load time dropped by more than half after their performance pass. Direct, no-nonsense work."
